Team PlayBetter is spending the week searching for golf's hottest new products at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, FL. Rough life, we know.
The theme of this year's Bushnell line seems to be 'less is more'. By reducing their line to only three models they have slimmed down what has, in past years, been a crowded offering.
But with the advent of their brand new Slope Switch technology, all three of these units are 100% Tournament Legal which should lead to a broadening of their potential market. The middle of the Bushnell line, the upgraded Tour V4 Shift, is where we aim our sights today.
Replacing last year’s Tour V4 Slope unit, the main upgrade on the Tour V4 Shift (and it’s a huge one) is the ability to turn the slope functionality off and make the rangefinder tournament legal.
This is accomplished with the same slope toggle technology featured on the Pro X2 - simply flip the logo to either slope or standard mode depending on the situation.
We absolutely loved the Tour V4 last year (especially after the battery issue got resolved) and now that you have the flexibility to switch between tournament and slope mode without having to mess with a faceplate takes this device to the next level.
The Tour V4 Shift keeps all the features that made the 2016 model such a success - here's a full list:
The Tour V4 Shift is set for release at the end of February 2017 and PlayBetter.com will be among the first to receive product - you can pre-order the rangefinder here today with 60-Day Returns + Free Shipping + Zippo Tax!
