Gary gives us a layman's view of the technical side of Body Battery (HRV) while providing some examples of what behaviors can most positively and negatively impact this metric. Plus explaining why we should care about this metric at all! (Hint: TRAINING).

We also discuss how my first experience with the WHOOP band and how that led me to Body Battery.
