Important Note on EMT (Electrical Metal Tubing) Requirements:

For those not opting for the Pipe Framing Kit add-on, we’ll guide you in sourcing 1-inch EMT (for DIY Series) or 2-inch (for Pro and Curved Series from your local hardware store. We'll provide all necessary details, including lengths and quantities required.

Note:

  • EMT is the US trade name of the material, however, the true outer diameter is 1.163" or 27mm for 1-inch and 2.197″ or 55.8mm for 2-inch.

How much space is needed for Bushnell Launch Pro?

While room size requirements, especially ceiling height, will vary depending on the height and length of swing of the golfer, our general room-size recommendations for comfortably using a Bushnell Launch Pro indoors are: 10 feet wide. 10 feet deep. 9 feet tall.

What is the green light on the Bushnell Launch Pro?

To turn on Club Tracking mode, swipe down to access the QUICK SETTINGS screen, then go to SETTINGS, then TRACKING MODE. Once the ball is in the hitting zone, the Launch Pro will display the READY screen and the green LED indicator light will change from blinking to solid.

Is a gaming computer required with the Launch Pro?

Gaming-optimized PC is required for simulation. Sold separately.

Does the Bushnell Launch Pro work in any country?

The Launch Pro device will not work outside the U.S.

How to reset Bushnell Launch Pro Golf Simulator?

Hold down the bottom left-hand button and power button together for 15 seconds or until the unit switches off then turn it back on using power button. This will reboot the device and it will no longer be frozen.

How much is a Bushnell Launch Pro subscription?

For simulation, you will need the FSX Play Gold Package which will cost $499 per year.

How Much Space Do I Need for Bushnell Launch Pro + Carl's Place Studio?

When measuring for a golf simulator, make sure you take into account:

  • Buffer space: You don't want your golf simulator right up next to any walls or ceiling. Balls that contact the walls or ceiling can cause damage and have unwanted bounce back.
  • Footprint of the golf enclosure: Make sure to check the actual dimensions of the enclosure footprint. Our C-Series enclosures have built-in buffer space in the rear with the backset rear fitting.
  • Safe golfing distance away from the screen: For the safety of both the golfer and the screen, we recommend standing a minimum distance of 10 to 12 feet away from the screen.
  • Height of the golfer(s)
  • Length of the golf club(s)
  • Turf thickness, heating ducts, and soffits
  • Furniture and access to doorways

Bushnell Launch Pro Free 30-Day Returns & Warranty

Per manufacturer policy, all Bushnell Launch Pro Unit purchases are eligible for Free 30-Day Returns Only (not 60-Day Returns). Only shipment destinations within the United States are allowed. Launch Pro software sales are final and non-refundable. 

Any product that is purchased from PlayBetter and resold is no longer valid for returns. Return requests must be initiated by original buyer and accompanied by original purchase receipt. Any units registered to another customer name other than the original buyer will NOT be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

BUSHNELL WARRANTY

One Year Limited Warranty - Your Bushnell® Golf Launch Pro is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than a Bushnell® Authorized Service Department.
