Get everything you need to build your Carl's Place Golf Enclosure with ease. Our comprehensive set of documents ensures a smooth assembly process, offering clear instructions and essential specifications for a professional setup.

Important Note on EMT (Electrical Metal Tubing) Requirements:

For those not opting for the Pipe Framing Kit add-on, we’ll guide you in sourcing 1-inch EMT (for DIY Series) or 2-inch (for Pro and Curved Series from your local hardware store. We'll provide all necessary details, including lengths and quantities required.

Note:

  • EMT is the US trade name of the material, however, the true outer diameter is 1.163" or 27mm for 1-inch and 2.197″ or 55.8mm for 2-inch.

How Much Space Do I Need for Full Swing KIT + Carl's Place Studio?

When measuring for a golf simulator, make sure you take into account:

  • Buffer space: You don't want your golf simulator right up next to any walls or ceiling. Balls that contact the walls or ceiling can cause damage and have unwanted bounce back.
  • Footprint of the golf enclosure: Make sure to check the actual dimensions of the enclosure footprint. Our C-Series enclosures have built-in buffer space in the rear with the backset rear fitting.
  • Safe golfing distance away from the screen: For the safety of both the golfer and the screen, we recommend standing a minimum distance of 10 to 12 feet away from the screen.
  • Height of the golfer(s)
  • Length of the golf club(s)
  • Turf thickness, heating ducts, and soffits
  • Furniture and access to doorways

Per manufacturer policy, all Full Swing KIT Unit purchases are eligible for Free 30-Day Returns Only (not 60-Day Returns). Only shipment destinations within the United States are allowed. Full Swing KIT software sales are final and non-refundable. 

Any product that is purchased from PlayBetter and resold is no longer valid for returns. Return requests must be initiated by original buyer and accompanied by original purchase receipt. Any units registered to another customer name other than the original buyer will NOT be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

FULL SWING WARRANTY

One Year Limited Warranty - Full Swing® warrants against defects in materials, workmanship, and function of the unit for 12 months (1 Year) from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, Full Swing will replace or repair your unit, at its sole discretion.
