Every product purchased on PlayBetter.com is covered by our 60-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy which means that if you're not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason after 60 days, even if you've opened and used the product, you can send it right back to us for a full refund.
That's right, even if you've opened and used the product, as long as it's still considered to be in 'Like New' condition we'll still take it back for a full refund.
If the product is returned in worn or damaged condition, is missing original pieces or is outside of the stated return period, we may still accept it but reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the product cost (although this rarely happens). We're happy to help out every exchange request and will even pay for the postage on the replacement item, we just ask that you cover the shipping on the item coming back to our facility.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund on a returned item?
A: Our stated time for a refund is 3-5 business days but typically refunds get processed the same day they arrive. Please also be aware that your credit card or bank can take additional time to post the refunded transaction to your statement.
Q: Can I get a refund on software I purchased for the SkyTrak Launch Monitor & Simulator?
A: If you have NOT registered the software to a SkyTrak unit (i.e. it was given as a present and never used), then YES you are eligible for a refund if you include the unused software identification card in your return shipment.
If you have registered your software to a SkyTrak unit, you are unfortunately NOT eligible for a refund on the software. Should you choose to return the SkyTrak, you will be credited for the amount paid for the individual unit and any accessories (case, net, mat) but not the software.
