Shipping Policy & Information

plane-shipping.pngAlmost every product on (including all Garmin, Bushnell, Suunto & more!) is eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping, which means if you order by 3PM EST your order is guaranteed to arrive 2 business days later!

If you need your order in 1 day, we offer FedEx Next Day for most products.

The only products that are NOT eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping are larger, bulkier or non-stock item (they are eligible for Free Ground!). If a product is not eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping, it will be clearly marked on the product page! We're not in the business of trickery.

Please keep in mind that some of these larger shipments (i.e. nets, carts, mats) can take up to 5 days to arrive as we'll need to utilize FedEx Ground; if you need your shipment to arrive in either 1-2 days we offer guaranteed FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day shipping options.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information with a link to our shipment tracking center. From there you'll be able to follow your shipment as it makes its way to you!


Shipping FAQs:

Q: Do you really ship orders same-day? 
A: Yes, every order that we receive before 3PM EST is shipped same-day if we have the item in stock.  If we're out of stock, it will be noted on the product page or we will notify you immediately.

Q: How can I track my shipment? 
A: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your shipment's tracking number.  Simply click the link provided in the email and you'll be able to follow the package in real-time as it makes its way to you.

Q: Can I reroute my shipment after it's been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be rerouted. This is to ensure it arrives to the shipping address we have approved.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: Yes! We ship FedEx Priority International for products under 5lbs which usually arrives in only 2-3 days anywhere in the world! (Lookin' at your Australia!)

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPOs? 
A: Definitely! We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPOs via USPS. 





Return & Exchange Policy

Almost every product purchased on (including all Garmin, Bushnell, Suunto & more!) is covered by our 60-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy with Free Returns which means that if you're not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason after 60 days, you can send it right back to us (for free) for a full refund.

You can even open and try out the product as long as you keep in mind our Play Nice Policy! That's right, even if you've opened and used the product, as long as it's still considered to be in 'Like New' condition we'll still take it back for a full refund.

If the product is returned in worn or damaged condition, is missing original pieces or is outside of the stated return period, we may still accept it but reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the product cost (although this rarely happens).  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Which products are NOT eligible for Free Returns? Large, oversize or non-stock items may not be eligible for Free Returns but are still eligible for regular returns. Don't worry, this will be clearly marked on product page.

Play Nice Policy

Should you decide you want to return the product you purchased from for a refund, we ask that you do you utmost to ensure it's in good condition.

Does that mean unopened or unused? Absolutely not. We want you to try out the product. But it does mean unscratched, unblemished and with all accessories (charging cables, extra bands) that were originally included with the product.

Our lenient return policy is intended to provide customers the opportunity to try out their product risk-free and see if it fits their lifestyle. It is not meant to be abused.

With that said, we reserve the right to charge a return fee or refuse a return request from any customers who abuse this policy.


Returns FAQs:

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund on a returned item?
A: Our stated time for a refund is 3-5 business days but typically refunds get processed the same day they arrive.  Please also be aware that your credit card or bank can take additional time to post the refunded transaction to your statement.

Q: Can I get a refund on software I purchased for the SkyTrak Launch Monitor & Simulator?
A: If you have NOT registered the software to a SkyTrak unit (i.e. it was given as a present and never used), then YES you are eligible for a refund if you include the unused software identification card in your return shipment.

If you HAVE registered your software to a SkyTrak unit, you are unfortunately NOT eligible for a refund on the software. Should you choose to return the SkyTrak, you will be credited for the amount paid for the individual unit and any accessories (case, net, mat) but not the software.
