Domestic Orders (Inside the United States)

We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online tracking.

Most products are eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping within the United States, the rest are eligible for Free Ground. Most products are also eligible for same-day shipping if your order is placed by 2PM ET. Some products require additional handling days and may ship from another warehouse. Product-specific shipping information is clearly noted in the green box below the Add to Cart button on every product page.

If you need your order in 1 day, we offer Next Day service for most products.

PlayBetter guarantees that we will ship your order in the promised timeframe and with the correct shipping speed - but is not responsible for any carrier-related delays (although we will always work with you to resolve them).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information with a link to our shipment tracking center. From there you'll be able to follow your shipment as it makes its way to you.

PlayBetter has the discretion to require signature for delivery on any shipment.

International Orders (Outside United States)

PlayBetter ships with FedEx for international shipments.

If you're shipping to an international location OR take the product with you to an international location, you are responsible for all duties/taxes and return shipping fees (for any return reason, including defective unit). PlayBetter does not provide international return labels or cover duties/taxes.
