PlayBetter.com's Shipping & Return Policies
The fine print on our Shipping & Return policies are below, but here's what you need to know; our team is 100% committed to the following:
- Getting your order to you FAST and PROFESSIONALLY - most of the time with Free 2-Day shipping (or faster). Always packaged securely.
- Ensuring you LOVE what you ordered - between our Customer Happiness team & our Free Returns, you either love what you ordered or you send it back (for free).
- Becoming your home for Golf, Running, Cycling & Fitness Tech - we're in this for the long-haul. We love our customers and work tirelessly to provide unmatched resources to find the perfect product for the perfect price. Read our reviews.
SHIPPING POLICY - Free 2-Day, Next Day, Free Ground
Almost every product on PlayBetter.com is eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping within the United States, which means if you order by 3PM EST we ship your order to arrive 2 business days later!
If you need your order in 1 day, we offer FedEx Next Day for most products.
The only products that are NOT eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping are larger, bulkier or non-stock item (they are eligible for Free Ground!). If a product is not eligible for Free 2-Day Shipping, it will be clearly marked on the product page!
Please keep in mind that some of these larger shipments (i.e. nets, carts, mats) can take up to 5 days to arrive as we'll need to utilize FedEx Ground; if you need your shipment to arrive in either 1-2 days we offer guaranteed FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day shipping options.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information with a link to our shipment tracking center. From there you'll be able to follow your shipment as it makes its way to you!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE US): If you're shipping to an international location, please be aware that you are responsible for all duties/taxes and return shipping fees (for any return reason, including defective unit).
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
LOOKING TO EXCHANGE?
Swap out your product for another with ease! We've made exchanges easy - simply visit our PlayBetter Exchange & Returns Center.
Most purchases within the United States are covered by our 60-day free return policy (only exceptions are listed below). International purchases are not eligible for free returns (for any return reason, including defective product).
Per manufacturer policy, the following products/brands are covered by 30-day return policy NOT 60-day return policy:
- Bushnell Launch Pro (and packages)
- Fiberbuilt products
- Flightscope products (and packages)
- Full Swing KIT Golf Launch Monitor
- Net Return products
- SIG Simulator Packages
- SkyTrak Golf Launch Monitor (and packages)
All simulator software subscriptions (including WGT and Game Improvement packages & FlightScope Pro Package) are NOT eligible for refund once they have been activated.
To request a return or exchange, simply visit our PlayBetter Exchange & Returns Center.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Apparel that has been used or is in dirty condition
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery (or 30 days for select products including FlightScope, SkyTrak & Bushnell Launch Pro).
PLAYBETTER'S PLAY NICE POLICY
If a customer abuses our return policy, they will banned from ordering on PlayBetter.com. They will be flagged in our system and all future orders will be automatically cancelled. The PlayBetter team has complete discretion as to designating which customers qualify for return abuse.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds can take 7-10 days to post back on your credit card statement.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our Support Center.
