Q: Why did SkyTrak change their software plans?

A: SkyTrak made it more simplistic to get the right package for you. Instead of having to purchase each component individually, they created bundles, so you only have to purchase one plan instead of 3. Also, all expiration dates will now be aligned.

Q: Why is the Elite plan so expensive?

A: With the Elite plan, you’re getting SkyTrak's full course play library as well as an opportunity to experience more than just SkyTrak. It will be paired with a number of discounts on the GOLFTEC side as well as on any accessories you may want to purchase in the future. SkyTrak has a great software roadmap that will also be bringing new functionality to your SkyTrak in 2026.

Q: I have Essential & Trackman today, but I don’t see that on the website. Is that option going away?

A: If you had previously purchased Essential + Trackman, SkyTrak will honor your subscription and allow you to continue to renew into it. We would recommend turning on your auto-renew so that your subscription doesn’t lapse.

As a new customer, the way to experience the Trackman software is to purchase the Trackman Core plan or the Elite plan which offers SkyTrak's full course play library. 

Q: It says I get a discount by having a certain level membership. How do I redeem it?

A: You will be able to request a promo code inside of Clubhouse which will link to the backend of Magento to be used in ProShop. Each discount that’s offered to you inside your membership will be listed under the the ellipsis inside your Membership Plan.

Q: How many discounts do I get towards a Swing Evaluation?

A: You can only use your discount towards your Swing Evaluation one-time as SkyTrak only offers 1 Swing Evaluation to any and all of our GOLFTEC students.

Q: How many discounts do I get for SkyTrak Shop or GOLFTEC Services?

A: Customers can use these discounts for the life of the membership.
