FlightScope Holiday Sale: Mevo Gen2 Gets Pro Package Access Plus Major Discounts Across the Board

If you’re thinking about a Mevo Gen2 or Mevo+, now is the time to buy.

FlightScope just dropped some news that’s going to shake up a lot of holiday shopping lists.

Starting November 10 and running through January 5, the company is putting its Mevo lineup on sale. And when I say sale, I’m talking some legitimately compelling prices.

But here’s what makes this more than just another seasonal discount: The Mevo Gen2 can now be upgraded with the Pro Package and Face Impact Location. Finally!

That’s huge.

When I reviewed the Gen2 back in August, the one thing holding it back was the lack of expandability. You got incredible Fusion Tracking accuracy and 18 ball and club data metrics for $1,299. But if you wanted advanced club analytics like face-to-path, swing plane, or strike location, you were out of luck.

That changes November 10.

Let me break down what’s happening and why this limited-time window might be the best opportunity we’ve ever seen to get into the FlightScope ecosystem.

What’s On Sale (And What It Means)

Here’s the full pricing breakdown for the holiday period:

Mevo Gen2: $1,299

While the Mevo Gen2 doesn’t technically drop in price, the big news here is that for the first time, you now have the option to add Pro Package and Face Impact Location. And those two features are discounted!

Mevo Plus: $1,099 (originally retailed for $2,299)

I mean, damn! That’s a savings! Yes, FlightScope is clearing out remaining Mevo+ inventory and they’re not going to make any more of ‘em. And with the Gen2 now adding Pro Package and Face Impact Location, the Mevo+ loses its differentiator. But, still, to see a FlightScope Mevo+ for just over $1,000 is pretty insane.

Pro Package: $599 (was $1,000)

The advanced club data upgrade that unlocks face-to-path, club path, dynamic loft, swing plane, low point, and more. Now $400 off. Not bad.

Face Impact Location: $299 (was $499)

Strike location heat mapping with lateral and vertical impact data. Alright, $50 off. We’ll take it.

Pro Package + Face Impact Location Bundle: $850 (was $1,499)

Now we’re talking. You can save $649 on both upgrades together compared to the regular combined price. By the way, I’m going to do a post about why these packages are such a good idea for the right type of golfer. Stay tuned.

All of these prices are live from 9 a.m. Eastern on November 10 through January 5, 2026. After that, all bets are off. I really don’t know what FlightScope will do. Seems certain that most of this will return to retail price, but I’ll be curious about the Mevo+, now that it’s discontinued.

What You Get Out of the Box (No Upgrades Needed)

Here’s something that needs to be crystal clear: Both the Mevo Gen2 and the Mevo+ come loaded with comprehensive ball and club data right out of the box. No subscriptions. No paywalls. No upgrades required to get serious, actionable data.

You get:

  • Carry distance
  • Roll distance
  • Total distance
  • Lateral distance
  • Club speed
  • Ball speed
  • Spin
  • Spin axis
  • Smash factor
  • Vertical launch
  • Horizontal launch
  • Angle of attack
  • Height
  • Flight time
  • Shot type
  • Putting launch speed
  • Putting total distance
  • Putting ball direction

This is a complete data set for serious practice and game improvement. You’re getting directly measured ball flight, clubhead speed, angle of attack, spin… It’s everything you need to understand your swing.

The Pro Package and Face Impact Location are advanced additions on top of this foundation. They’re incredible tools for coaches, fitters, and even just normal players who want to get a deeper understanding of what they’re doing right and wrong. As I said, I’ll go deeper in an upcoming post.

Why the Gen2 Upgrade Path Matters

When FlightScope launched the Gen2, they positioned it as a simplified, streamlined platform. You got the same Fusion Tracking engine as the Mevo Plus and even the $15,000 X3C, along with a full suite of ball and club data.

But without the option to add Pro Package or Face Impact.

For a lot of golfers, that was perfect. Not everyone needs the add-ons.

But for others, the lack of upgrade options were a non-starter for the Gen2. It was a dealbreaker.

Now that barrier’s gone.

At these prices of $1,299 for the Gen2 plus $850 for the bundle, you’re looking at $2,149 total to get a fully maxed-out FlightScope launch monitor. That’s $1,749 less than what a fully loaded Mevo+ would have cost you at regular pricing.

Pretty sweet, right?

And you’re getting the newer hardware with the six-hour battery, USB-C charging, and the updated form factor.

That is a legitimately compelling value.

The Mevo Plus Clearance Is Also Wild

Here’s the thing about the Mevo+ dropping to $1,099. That’s an absurd price for this level of launch monitor.

I tested the Mevo+ extensively. It’s accurate. It’s portable. It works outdoors and indoors. The FS Golf app gives you an instance amount of control over your data. And with the included 12-course E6 Connect bundle, you’re simulator ready out of the box.

At $1,099, you’re essentially getting Mevo+ performance for less than you’d pay for a Rapsodo MLM2PRO with a lifetime membership.

I mean, guys, come on.

Now the catch is that the Mevo+ is being phased out. This is the remaining inventory. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. I’m not sure why that should stop anyone. It’s not like FlightScope's going anywhere, and they’re going to stand behind their product. But if that bugs you, that’s something to consider.

So Who Should Buy What?

Let’s get practical. Here’s how I see it.

Buy the Mevo Gen2 if you want the newest FlightScope platform and you value the longer battery life and USB-C charging. The fact that you can add advanced features later, even if you’re not ready to spend for them today, gives you flexibility that didn’t exist before.

Buy the Mevo+ if you want to save every possible dollar. It’s now less expensive than the Mevo Gen2 (a total role reversal from before), so this is suddenly your most economical way in.

I’ll tell you this much: If you’re considering either of these, now is the time. Like I said, I’m not sure what will happen with the Mevo+ price, but it likely won’t matter because soon they’ll all be gone.

If you’re on the fence, I’d make a decision before this window closes.
