Launch Pro uses a different approach than radar-based systems, which typically rely on algorithms to make assumptions about the impact of a golf shot from behind the player. Instead, the Launch Pro employs an integrated system which combines:

Bushnell Launch Pro Free 30-Day Returns & Warranty

Per manufacturer policy, all Bushnell Launch Pro Unit purchases are eligible for Free 30-Day Returns Only (not 60-Day Returns). Only shipment destinations within the United States are allowed. Launch Pro software sales are final and non-refundable. 

Any product that is purchased from PlayBetter and resold is no longer valid for returns. Return requests must be initiated by original buyer and accompanied by original purchase receipt. Any units registered to another customer name other than the original buyer will NOT be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

BUSHNELL WARRANTY

One Year Limited Warranty - Your Bushnell® Golf Launch Pro is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than a Bushnell® Authorized Service Department.

Bushnell Launch Pro Annual Subscription Plans

***Note: Currently, Launch Pro software is only available for use in the United States.***

Your software will activate during your product setup/registration when a credit card is entered.

Basic Plan (First Year Is Free, $249/year after): 

  • Connect to an iPad and see 2D ball flight on a range similar to what originally came with the GCQuad.
  • Save 1 session locally and another 10 in the cloud.
  • Get these metrics: Carry Distance, Ball Speed, Total Spin, Horizontal Launch Angle, Vertical Launch Angle, Clubhead Speed, and Smash Factor.
  • As of 8/1/22, get additional features that were previously only available with the Gold Plan, which include: Spin Tilt Axis, Back Spin, Side Spin, Club Path, Angle of Attack, and Barometer.

Gold Plan (Free 30-Day Trial with Purchase, $699/year after): 

  • Full simulation capabilities (up to 8 golfers at a time), with 10 courses included:
